These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to all purchases, leases, and aftercare services provided by Contained Wellness Ltd.2. Services Offered
✅ Purchases – Buy our wellness units outright.
✅ Leasing – Rent units on flexible lease terms.
✅ Maintenance Plans – Aftercare services to maintain and repair units.3. Ordering & Payments
Full payment required for purchases before delivery.
Leases require a downpayment + monthly payments (option for balloon payment to purchase at lease-end).
Late payments incur 5% interest per month.4. Delivery & Installation
Site Inspection is required before delivery.
Clients must ensure space, power, and access are ready.5. Warranties & Responsibilities
6-month warranty on purchased units.
Leased units require a full inspection 4 weeks before lease-end.
Clients must maintain & insure leased units.6. Cancellations & Termination
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours (unless production has begun).
Lease termination requires 60 days' notice, or it auto-renews for 6 months.7. Liability & Insurance
Contained Wellness Ltd is not liable for improper use of units.
Clients must have insurance coverage for leased units.8. Governing Law
